Who's Your Daddy?

Since it's Father's Day, I want to tell you what I love about my daddy.

Ever since I was born, he reads me my favorite book.

We enjoy a good nap together.

He plays with me and sings me funny songs.

He watches football with me.

He takes me swimming.

We go for walks together.

He lets me drive.

He helps me overcome my fears.

Having a daddy like mine makes me the luckiest girl in the whole wide world! Here's a few other daddies that are important to me.

I just got back from my first trip to the beach!

Me and my Mommy and Daddy drove out to Long Beach Island, New Jersey for a whole week.

We met my cousins, aunts, uncles, and Nan and Grampa there. Can you believe we all fit into one house?

I took a dip in the ocean (against my wishes, it was too cold!),

saw the sights,

played in the sand

and ate some too,

sunbathed with Sophie,

and did a little surfing!

I even tried some new foods, like graham crackers, cheese, avocado, and turkey. Yum!

At Nine Months

I'm nine months old now and I've been busy perfecting the things I can already do. I've also picked up a few new tricks along the way!

Like eating big people food. So far I've fed myself bread, bananas, and pancake.

Now that I'm eating big people food, I've been learning how to brush my teeth too. I have 3 now!

I'm a wild woman in the tub! I love to splash with my hands and feet to see how much water I can get on Mommy and Daddy.

I can be pretty crazy outside of the tub too! One of my new favorite things to do is take all of the toys out of this basket.

Now that me and kitty are almost the same size, we're becoming fast friends. I like to talk to him and pet him (very GENTLY). I think I might wrestle him soon.

Aunt Deena Graduates

I went to my first graduation over the weekend to see my Aunt Deena graduate from high school.

I got to see my Aunt Brynn and my Aunt Ali

and my Grandpa D. and Grammy Shelley. It was a great day!

Happy Birthday Gi-Gi!

Today is my Gi-Gi's birthday. She is 94 years old!

I love my Gi-Gi. She taught me how to play Pat-a-Cake.

She always likes to hold me and gives me lots of lovin'. Happy Birthday Gi-Gi! Here's to lots more.
