Basketball Season!

Volleyball season has ended, and now it's time for Ava's first competitive season of basketball. We are looking forward to a great season. More updates to come!

Thanksgiving- the tradition returns

After a few-year hiatus, we were able to host Thanksgiving once again this year. The girls did a fabulous job setting the scene, and we were happy to have Emine join us.

It was a wonderful day to give thanks for those we love and all of God's blessings.

Three of our cousins- Jack, Michael, and Drew, played in the championship for their middle school football teams. Even though Jack's team didn't come up with the win, we had a blast watching them all play and spending time with our Toledo family.

Halloween

Halloween was great fun this year! We dressed up as some of our favorite characters and celebrated with our cousins. Lily surprised us by choosing to be a ninja. Her costume was a big hit! Bennett decided to be a police officer, so naturally, Ava was the criminal.
Our first stop was the Dublin Spooktacular. Even though they ran out of tickets for Trick or Trunk and we couldn't get candy, we still managed to have some fun.

And, of course, there was pumpkin carving.

Judging by the smiles, there was lots of candy for all!

Fall Fun

This year we opted for an "all-in-one" fall field trip- the Orchard and Company.

We picked out our pumpkins-

And enjoyed the many other activities they had there.

It was a beautiful day. Definitely a place that we will return to!
