Lily Turns Two!

We've been quite busy celebrating Lily's 2nd birthday, which was July 28th. Last Saturday we hosted a party for our Columbus family and friends. Despite being one of the hottest days of the summer, everyone still managed to have a good time.



On her birthday we took a trip to the zoo and to the bunny fountains in Dublin. Afterwards we enjoyed some cake and ice cream, along with some gift opening. Today she got her first haircut!


It's safe to say that Lily is enjoying all of the attention. She can tell you that she is now two and requests that we sing her Happy Birthday.

Up North 2010

We just got back from a week in Michigan (north of Traverse City). We spent a lot of time with our Colorado cousins and went on a lot of fun adventures!

We spent some time in Elk Rapids, Charlevoix, and Traverse City...

We played at a couple of parks...

We sailed the high seas on a "tall ship"...

We cooked smores on the beach...

and had a sleepover.

But we spent most of our time soaking up the rays on the beach!
