Birthday Weekend!

Ava enjoyed a three-day birthday extravaganza. She celebrated at school on Friday with slushies for her class and a special birthday crown. Then we met Mimi and Papa for dinner and ice cream.



On Saturday we cheered on our Buckeyes, went out to dinner, and had Carrie over for a birthday sleepover.



On Sunday we did a little shopping. Then Ava helped bake her birthday cake, which we enjoyed after cooking out. Can you guess what gifts she got?






Monday we headed to the Franklin Park Conservatory to check out the butterfly exhibit.







When I asked Ava what her favorite part of the weekend was, she said "spending time with my family". Awwww!
