Halloween Fun

What a week it's been! We have been busy celebrating Halloween "Crane-style". On Monday we visited with our friends Sophi and Drew. Just like we did with Drew and Ava as babies, we had to dress Sophi and Lily in matching outfits.

Ava and Drew had to get in on the fun too!

On Tuesday, Ava had her parade and party at preschool. It's fun being the parent instead of the teacher! She decided to be Sleeping Beauty.

That night we decided to carve our pumpkins. Ava was excited to make them into jack-o-lanterns. She wanted no part of the ooey-gooey insides, but she did help pick out the patterns.

Thursday was trick-or-treating in our neighborhood. Ava and Lily both dressed up as OSU cheerleaders. In keeping with tradition, the Schaeffer's joined us. Drew was a football player.
On Friday, we went to Windermere to visit my students for their parade and party.
As with every special occasion, we stretched it out for the whole week. But we sure had fun!
